This roadway has been closed in the southbound direction for 50 m due to emergency road repairs. A section of this roadway collapsed due to heavy rain flooding the nearby underpass construction.

According to reports, cars and motorbikes can route through the nearby Tesco Lotus parking lot to get back onto the Bypass Road, so the road work is only between those points. (The segment I've highlighted in the permalink is much longer.)
