The speed limit can't be set either as long as the closures are in place - they stop all edits (which is slightly annoying).

The last closure expires at the end of October - do you think we can get away with leaving these segments without speed limits until then?

If not, I'll sit down when I get a chance and write down the closures, remove them, set the limits and then re-add the closures...

Should be fine waiting until the closures are gone I reckon. With the Luas works around there, I doubt anyone will even manage 30kph
