Remove segment in Dun Laoghaire (Roseland Ave)

This segment never existed, as far as I'm aware (the housing estate is somewhat new, there was a golf course there before, if you look at the satellite view, you'll see this segment goes right through people's back gardens).

Done. The satellite view must have been older when this segment was created.

You'll be able to delete segments yourself when your editing level goes up.
