Yep, I agree. My observation has been that it seems something has happened within the last few weeks, either the drives are not being properly recorded or else they have changed their scoring algorithm. I drive 80-100 miles per day and was routinely in the 400-500 points per day, 2000 points per week has now gone to less than half of that. Not only do the updates occur less frequently but when they do occur they are missing significant points. I hope they get it fixed.

The Waze scoring problem was just an observation and it looks like I'm not the only one. I don't have time to play Xbox nor do I have time for 478 posts on a forum but thanks for the advice. Best wishes.

Despite all the excuses about server delays and cycles, I am still missing 400 miles from my drive list more than a cycle ago. One particular drive that did show up shorted me 110 miles, then just skips to another drive several drives later.

Why are you even participating in this thread then? His, and thousands of other users are voicing a concern about points due and negligence on Waze's behalf. If it was about the logo color would you troll that too? Some people care, you don't, so save your opinion of other's opinions. If Waze put as much effort into copy/pasting some lame response about passing the blame back to users they probably could have fixed the server issue by now.

Ugh. Explain how/why you and others who "don't see" or "care" about this issue decide to waste our time and interject into it? Do us a favor, if you have a relevant opinion for this thread other than trolling, please offer it, otherwise, take a walk. In the meantime, this issue persists, since my first post several cycles ago, I continue to be missing additional hundreds of miles and thousands of points.

If it provides any solace I am happy to report that about a week ago, right around Xmas, my points randomly updated retroactively from over 2 months of driving, easily launching me some 15000 points into Waze Royalty. However, I did notice that more recent drives were still missing, including a few within the bulk that was rewarded. Not sure what to say, it seems the servers or whatever might just occasionally push large chunks. At the same time, random recent drives (within a day or so) do update. Still no rhyme or reason. Patience may be the key but it is still flawed.

My points went down about 1000 and my ranking dropped as well. Fairly depressing and I wondered if it was a penalty for something I did or didn't do.

Today it's back up almost 2000 with an improved ranking again. :D

Did you submit the problem to Waze? Pretty sure this has been linked to multiple times in other threads: https://support.google.com/waze/trouble ... 70803?rd=1

CarlaPizao wrote:My goodness what a confusing forum. Anyway, I'm experiencing the same problem. I just got back from a 3000 km drive and my posts have been stuck since December 23rd. Why in the world is that??? I want my driving and report points!!!
Please be patient. Depending on the level of activity (like a major holiday close to your driving date) drives and points may take an extended period of time to show up. After Thanksgiving lots of things took over a month to update, but it did eventually get sorted out.
