But there is a perfectly good alternative rote that doesn't involve any forbidden-direction driving at all. I think the logic in the algorithm is incorrect.
Seems consistent with a penalty applied upon leaving a segment. Which wouldn't make a difference if all possible directions on the street were closed. But for a one-way closure on a 2-way street, it does make a difference.
The result should be that the street gets treated as if it were reduced to a 1-way street, (except in the unusual situation where other penalties are higher, or a necessary segment or transition in that direction is absolutely forbidden).
If this is the intended behavior, I prefer TBSR over 1-way RTCs on 2-way roads.
