I lost everything I had + It get mixed! Help :)

Hello!

Last 3 months I'm in the USA, I moved from Croatia(Europe), and I'll be here for several months more.

I lost all my points I had in Croatia, I was ranked really high, and had more then 100k points.
Now when I check status for "World" I get this:




When i switch to US and Canada:
I get this;:



I think I lost much of my statistics...
How to repair that?
as I can see from World to US
it's correct only Edits, everything else I reseted


Application on android says:
Still calculating your rank

It's been almost 3 months since I opened ticket via Support link but still nothing.
I sent one ticket in February, made one also at end of the March.

Still nothing...
