Password Reset Problems

Hello

I'm trying to change my Waze password but the password change form is not working.

It states
- 8 chars minimum
- 16 maximum
- at least one letter
- at least one number or a symbol

If I put a password of 10 chars with one number, one letter and an exclamation mark, it's not accepted. Tried many password, combinations etc... not working.

Actually Chrome suggested me a password like this: "hQ44p7g1jylZpJ5" and it works... :shock:

Just tried but returns an error.

It says that the password needs:
- 8-16 chars
- at least one latin letter and a one special char

I ran into the same problem. I entered a password with just letters and numbers and it took it. Try without special characters.

But then i wouldn't let me log in to either the website, or the app with the new credentials!

Interestingly... it just now let me log in to make this post. Just now able to log into the app, and all is right with the world.

I have attempted to change my password on the Waze website, but no matter what I try, it tells me that I have no met the requirements (at least 8 characters, etc...). BUT I HAVE. I tried several times but each time it gives me this message. I have no idea why this is happening. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Try changing it from the My account section in the Waze App.

Same problem. Get the same error message when trying e.g. "Qbft#!491". Can't see that that is an invalid password.
