I have the same problem. My points have not updated since April 8th. However, I did take a long trip from Toronto to Fredericton (crossing 2 provinces) in 1 day. I wonder if that has something to do with it?

Waze needs to up their game and get this dashboard/point system fixed ASAP! Granted it's only points and not a huge deal, but it's still a bummer to add some much value to the community and not be rewarded for it. Day after day after day no updates yet.

My score finally "updated"... And now I have over 11k fewer points than what I should have. Needless to say, I hope the problem gets resolved or I'm going to be an unhappy camper.

Stats on the dashboard are often different from the ones on your app because the update times are not synchronized for each place you can see your points.

Make sure you logged in with the same username (case sensitive) in both places.

Also it may happen to have points issues with the dashboard, in fact it's fairly common, and usually gets fixed within a couple of days or up to a week.

Since your support tickets have been unsuccessful I've also sent a request to see if it can trigger a response. However as we previously said, there is unfortunately nothing that we can do on our side.
