Lost points

Hey. Just wondering if anyone else lost points with new update? I lost points and my crown and am kind of bummed.

I am NOT accruing any points anymoreI went to the help section it says to log in and change from metric to Imperial but unfortunately the website changes it back to metric no points can be accrued I don't know what to do?

I haven't had a whole weeks worth of logs counted. My rank has plummeted because of this and I'm also quite bummed.
