Login fail: Wrong login details
I've been going back and forth with customer service over this issue for about 2 weeks now and it's still not getting resolved. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, changed my password, etc. As it stands, the person in customer service that has been helping me out reset my password and said everything's working and that they're able to log in. I can log into the website, but not the app. Not sure what else I can do. Oh and I'm on an iPhone 5
