Hello all, first off thanks for the help in advance, I recently updated my phone and switched carriers, I did keep my number however. When I tried to reconnect to waze it says "you look familiar" and showed my account picture when I click verify it says the account is lost. When I try logging in with the credentials I previously had set (and I don't forget my passwords) it does not work. When I request and sms none are sent, if I request an email the same issue - I never receive one. Does anyone know why this is so buggy? Is there any way to get around this and get my account back? I have tried creating a new account but it says my user name is already taken - of course by me but I can't log in! Hopefully someone can help me out here. Thanks!
