Jasonm128 great article thats exactly what I'm talking about but use the wazer to get the data on the traffic light it can be done...
The use would be not having to stop at every red light. I thing that everyone has had it happen to them were you stop at the red light and a second later it turns green. I think that if you would know how the lights are going to change you could adjust your speed to catch less red lights saving time and fuel.
