Thanks for the reply. I had forgotten my user name, but received it when I clicked on the link for "forgot user name and password" by entering the email address that I used when I registered for the account.

So to answer your question, my username was and still is DebM1219!

By looking at your profile it seems that this could be a new account indeed, usually your points would still be visible on that webpage if it was the same one. You can also see your points in your Dashboard

Login for the Waze app is case-sensitive, meaning that typing:
DebM1219 or debM1219 or Debm1219 or debm1219 actually matters if you want to log in correctly in your account.

Did you make sure to type it exactly as your old username was? Also what was your old username?
