Data Discrepancy on Account

Greetings,

My waze account when logged into my phone has over 97,800 points. I've re-installed my waze many times over the period that I have had this account and my points are saved all is fine.

The issue, however, is with the data of my account on the website dashboard. There is nothing there. No drive history, and everything about driven data, etc shows zero. The only thing not zero is 14 points from map edits.

I logged out of my account on mobile and re-logged in again with same credentials as I use on the site just to make sure and all is good. The account is about 3 years old so I'm not sure what is happening here. Can someone help out please?

The website dashboard can be set to "USA & Canada" or "World." Does changing this setting change your stats?
