Im not sure if this has been suggested before but it would be nice to see how long ago the heavy traffic popup was created other than touching the popup. Maybe if the popup is outlined in green was created less than 10 minutes ago. Another color like yellow for 11 to 30 minutes and another color for reports 31 minutes and older. Instead of colors it could be something else like a dotted popup or maybe the minutes ago (example 8 minutes) have a small 8 next to the popup.
