Forum doesn't parse unicode characters in URL

The examples speak for themselves:

1. https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/Estonia/Teede_tüübid
2. Road types
3. https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/Estonia/Teede_tüübid

In theory all these versions should work.

Yes, this is a bug, but you can get around it by using this simple workaround:

1. Paste the URL into your browser's address bar, then press enter to visit this URL
2. Copy the URL from the address bar.
3. Paste it into the forum.

This results in characters like äöü getting replaced by their equivalent hex code (URL encoding). In your example, the "ü" becomes "%C3" and the whole URL will look like this:

https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/Estonia/Teede_t%C3%BC%C3%BCbid

After pasting into the forum's editor, it gets parsed to this:

https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/Estoni ... C%C3%BCbid
