Add feature

Could we add a toggle button to the screen to turn off "avoid highways". I forgot to do that and I was on the freeway and waze kept telling me to exit at every offramp. I didn't want to go into settings while driving.
Also, a voice repeat button would be helpful to have waze repeat the last voice turn.

Voice repeat could be associated to tap event in the turn label/text instruction. Ndrive does that.
