If you are looking for your own information, that is available on your own dashboard on the website.
If you are looking for how exactly you stack up against other Wazers, you can look at your score vs theirs by looking at the state or country scoreboard.
The link is currently gone from the website, but you can add '/scoreboard' to the dashboard URL to access it. You can still access it directly in the app.
If you look at My Waze / Scoreboard in the app, it does show approximately how many points are needed to get to the next level.
