possible account corruption

I decided to start contributing to this project however upon loging into the website I find that my account seems corrupt or not setup correctly. The http://www.waze.com server has giberish such as NaN.NaN.NaN, NaN:0NaN in the My dashboard section. The world.waze.com server has some My Dashboard secions filled in but not all, and not correct. My drives don't seem to want to load correctly. Do I need to delete my account and start over or can I get this corrected. Also what server I'm I to use, I'm in Canada.

Canada uses http://www.waze.com. Start with deleting all Waze cookies from and clearing the cache of your browser. Then, log in to the website from a URL like https://www.waze.com/signin/?page=http% ... shboard%2F

Your account is also quite new? I can't see your join date from Tapatalk, it only says 1:30pm. New accounts will take at a couple of days to calculate your points and info.

In the app do you log in with the same account as the website or rely on facebook as the primary login?

Why do people keep posting? It's a server side issue and it's going to affect everyone. There is really no need to keep posting unless you have a question.

Ok cleared browser, used link, after log in I get a blank my Dashboard page, Everything is blank except for Rank, last updated: NaN.NaN.NaN, NaN:0NaN. Even my user name is blank. My Account is 10 months old. I have been playing with the Navigation app for quite some time now, but only just decided to start contributing to the map part.

I'm using the same log on that I used to create the account but this is the first day I have logged onto the website, only used the app before this. I'm using firefox 20.0 on Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS if that helps. And the android app on a Galaxy SII
