Follow my drive - server capacity

I tried to use Follow My Drive for another user (link provided via email) and I got:
[07:53:54.675] GET http://waze.to/paenGKBAy7Ac9I6SY [HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable: Back-end server is at capacity 21ms]

Did you get this on the client(phone) or on your computer? I clicked on the link and I am able to watch the progress of her eight hour drive...

Edit: Now it shows as cancelled.

It worked after rush hour ended, then later ended as the driver probably cancelled for lunch. So there seems to be a server capacity issue around rush hours.
