Website No Longer Functional for Navigation

The website is no longer giving me route options. Since Tuesday, it just gives me an empty box that says "Route Options" with nothing in it. Also, I can no longer enter an intersection of two streets as a destination. I could live with that if it would just provide me with actual route options. Is there someone reading these forums who can fix these "improvements"?

When I click on the route, I get the driving instructions.

I can't currently enter an intersection. Haven't tried that recently, so don't know if that is a recent change for me or not.

Does anybody know how to get someone to address these issues? This is something I use every day and I really depend on it! Is there an email address for support?

I should clarify. Routes are showing up on the map, but there are no steps typed out. I tried those instructions before, and never could get to a point where I was emailing somebody.

Also, it still does not even let me enter an intersection as a destination any more.

Thanks. I kept clicking through and finally got to a form I could submit. Hopefully this can be addressed soon.
