Map editing blocked due to suspicious activity

I've been blocked from editing due to "suspicious " editing activity. I am trying to add a new road for a new development which was previously woods. So far has been rejected twice. Google earth still shows woods. How do I get this on the map? Do you need a picture?

kinda new o this so I'll pots it here.
Street is already on the map, Just needs the name, which is Michele Blvd. New Development.
Kobes1878 on 07.02.2014 02:51 PM sent me an email just asking for the street name. Below is the link to the site.

Add a permalink to your post. Check who may have recently edited some of the surrounding streets and send them a PM.
