[Page Updates] Waze Map Editor/Permalink/Core

Given that Waze overhauled the permalink process, here is a proposed update to the Waze Map Editor/Permalink/Core page: https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/USA/Us ... alink/Core

Because of the relative importance of how-tos like this, I wanted to get feedback before updating the template page.

For some reason, this is set up as a template within a template. I don't know why it is. I agree that would be helpful, but I'm not sure how it would be handled by the site.

Thank you for taking on updating that section. It'd one of the first that we point new editors to. I agree that adding a picture or two, or a gif if it works, would be most beneficial.
