In the community section of the main state page, there is a list I can't get rid of.
I would like more control over how these things are listed. I want the community of editors in my state to be able to list things in the order that is important to them. Is there any way to take control of the content of this section?

Even if they have no HOVs, their editors might sometimes drive in states which do have HOVs. So the notice is useful. As far as I know, PA has only 1 HOV lane, near Pittsburgh, but I know PA drivers often drive into nearby states which have HOV lanes.
