Is there a standard way to highlight page differences from State/ USA/ Global defaults? I'm thinking something inline like Bold or Italics for example. Maybe an icon?

In the Maryland test page, I put the FC information in the mapping resources section. I was looking at Virginia's page and what is being said there is that secondary state highways (those with numbers over 599, and signed with a circle rather than a shield) should not be automatically made minor highways. So there the only state specific FC guidance is specifically not for major roads.

I believe Mobile speed cameras a state specific, but I guess speed cameras in general are also state specific.
I agree that Mobile speed cameras are rather state specific. In Maryland cameras are authorized in construction zones. Those tend to be the ones mounted on vehicles. But Maryland also authorizes speed cameras in school zones. Some counties thus rotate their limited supply of cameras from school to school over time. So so a portable camera can look like this or this (go back in the street view history to see the camera).

They could, but the current guidance in MD is not to report them and confirm like regular speed cameras.

Ok. What caught my attention was the emphasis on the vehicle based cameras, when we do have non-vehicle based cameras that are moved regularly.

For example move Arizona to Arizona/OLD TEMP, and Arizona/To do (assuming there's an old page with that name you need to replace) to Arizona/OLD TEMP/To do . This will leave a redirect page behind. Then try to move the new page and all its subpages to replace that redirect page.
The Move instructions state:
Note that the page will not be moved if there is already a page at the new title, unless it is a redirect and has no past edit history. This means that you can rename a page back to where it was renamed from if you make a mistake, and you cannot overwrite an existing page.
Emphasis mine.
So I'm not understanding how to move the Maryland/Test page to be the Maryland page. Is this something I can actually do?

I'm seeing the overview section text duplicated now for most states.

I guess I would have to say yes. Is GHO universally used? Are some states using Slack? DC doesn't yet have a GHO yet, but if that's the only jurisdiction with a page from the "state" template that doesn't have one, I suppose we could create one.

I wanted to play around with the new template and came across a problem adding the forum section. Looks like the page the template currently uses (https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/USA/CommonSt ... in/Preload) was moved to https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/USA/CommonSt ... in/Preload but not updated for the EditPage template.
