I made a couple edits to the draw segments menu of your page, mvan, to add info on junction boxes and pedestrian paths. Thanks for working on this draft. We should really get this fixed up and published.

Thanks Renee. Two minor things:

You can almost always tell which city areas are locked, because they will contain concave angles and/or vertices that don't line up with nodes. Unlocked or segment-responsive city areas are always convex polygons with vertices at junction nodes.

Also, since this is the US wiki we generally don't include phrases like "in the USA." When we localized global pages after the Wazeopedia launch, part of the process involved removing phrases like this, since it's assumed that the guidance in the US wiki applies to US editors only.

It would make sense to add this to the duplicate city page, which also has an update proposal. So we can just remove the statement there is no indication in WME of which city polygons are locked and add links to both smudged and duplicate city pages. I will propose adding the info to duplicate city, as it already has a section about the city layer

The server shortcut and snapshot have not changed, but as you can see, the user name has. I will DM you images in Discord, since attaching them here is not reliable. In the Left pane section, "below your username" should say "below the toolbar." In the server shortcut and snapshot section, it should just say to the left below the toolbar and to the right below the toolbar without reference to username. We also need to remove the thing about being greeted by username in the No object selected section and update the image. The user info is in an icon to the far right, which may not be intuitively obvious to people, so that should get a new section after the save button section. Of course undo, redo, refresh and layers have also moved. I don't even think there is a section on the refresh button yet. As for mentioning scripts, all we really need is a note in the lead that scripts can change the layout, and this page describes the default interface without any extensions loaded.
