Page and Section: Best Map Editing Practice - Parking Lots

After discussing with a couple wiki masters, I decided to go ahead and make the small change to this new page / section. Since 4.44 was released last night / today, purpose # 5 is no longer needed. It stated:

5. Increasing the number of segments inside parking could reduce the likelihood of instructions that use names from nearby named streets.
