[Page update] Map Editing Tips and Hints

I updated the section about moving dead ends and its linked images to state that U-turns are always set the same way, and U-turn settings are hidden on dead ends. Since we are still uncertain whether the second moving method causes a loss of turn data (I'd bet that it does, but it's probably inconsequential), I kept that information in.

I'd like to change the final point to:
Any editor can set the lock level to a value less than or equal to their current editing rank. Cameras created before 2018 may be locked higher than the editor would have preferred because WME previously locked cameras to the rank of the last person to edit them
I think this is correct, does not offer any guidance, and gives useful information about why cameras are often locked "so high"

2) I'd like to remove the section https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/USA/Ma ... egment_end entirely
I think it is moderately interesting to point out to new editors that they are deleting and creating a node when they use the less-preferred method here, but I don't think this is worth presenting as any kind of guidance. I would support adding this to a page on what happens to segments and nodes when you move, cut, merge, connect, disconnect segments and nodes. I have a page like that in draft now.
I agree with both of these, as long as the info on segment ends gets put somewhere else.

The page you're drafting sounds like an excellent move for the information on nodes. "What happens to segments" is not always a thought in a new editor's mind. I wonder if this possible page addition could be linked to on one of the pages geared toward newer editors?

Actually, I think that information should go in two places:

1) https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/USA/Tr ... ta_lost.3F When the node is lost, any traffic data connecting through that node (the u-turn is segment 1 -> node 2 -> segment 1) is lost.

2) https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/USA/Us ... d_node_IDs
The page is really very rough, and could use editing and decent illustrations.
The "this creates a new node" information is now on that page.
