Yes, I've noticed this too. It happened after the base-map got changed to Google. And there's a another problem. I can't save a segment with the No City checked. I'm trying to figure out the problem as we speak. Will post here as soon as a solution can be found.

This is to change the name of an entire city. I've already sent a form with that information quite a while back. What we are seeking to do is saving segments with No City. Working on it.

Indeed it is. However, the problem with NHs and SHs is that the cities they have been assigned often stretch across the country. For example, there are NHs in Delhi which have been assigned cities in Bihar. It's ridiculous! While in Delhi, they're easy to fix. As soon as you go out in the middle of nowhere, there's nothing you can do.

Google Maps can definitely help. In fact, I had used the Eicher City Map to plot a border for Delhi in the base map before it got replaced by the Google one. It's a bit tedious but totally worth it. I haven't had the time to do it after the change but if you do, please do draw Delhi's borders. I used the Railroad road type and put it at the highest elevation so it would be invisible on the client and wouldn't hamper navigation. I named it "Delhi Border (Do not Delete)"

Thanks for the update.

In that form there's an option where in we can inform them about the Smudged City or area.
There are Places where it comes on the border of two city, Half is in X city and other Half is in Y city Area or Jurisdiction. This is very common in SH or NH segments as well.

Referring to Google Map also won't help? Because Google can show the Boundary of each city's Jurisdiction.
The Problem arises when we are plotting a Place on the Border.
