We see many users report not being able to route to a place further away. We are currently upgrading the road network, to reduce this problem.

However, distances in India are rather great. The search and navigation capabilities of Waze are limited to about 1500 km, depending on the road network and map quality. When you cannot get a route because of long distances, you may need to split up your travel, and choose one or more stops in between as your temporary destination(s).

For editors: In case you find a route that is impossible, search for turn restrictions (red arrows) along the route or other issues that prevent routing. Also, reduce unnecessary nodes and u-turns as much as possible.
