Traffic flow API

I checked developer site to get Traffic flow speed at a given location but unable to get it. Can anyone used such APIs? If so please inform.

Hi,
if it is a 1-time request, you can find out traffic speed per half an hour in the live map.

If you're into mobility business, you might want to contact https://www.waze.com/ccp/ for partner program.
