I'd encourage you to join our FB group @ Waze Malaysia first as the response is faster and we'll guide you how to get the permalink correct. Do go thru the FAQ to understand some of the basic of the voluntary community.

As for your request, you need to click on the Place Point (dot) instead of the Place Update Request (bubble) and copy the permalink again.
