Hi guys,

Thank you for reporting this, but it's up to Uber/Lyft's to fix it, as they're using Google Map's API.

I refer you to Uber and Lyft's forums/support :)

Uber/Lyft Search Results for Airports

Postby subs5 » Wed Jul 05, 2017 4:52 pm

Recently all of the Update Requests regarding improper routing to an airport have been from Uber/Lyft drivers. They are being routed to a side road that is closest to the center of the runways and not the terminal. I do ask in the UR if they are a Uber/Lyft driver and get responses in the affirmative.

The route is incorrect even with the Google Map's place linked to the Waze Area Place.

It appears that the Uber and Lyft apps do their own search and then send a Lat/Long to Waze. Waze then drives to the closest segment to that Lat/Long.

Is there any way that Waze can interact with the companies so that the Waze search is used? Thanks.
