Waze forum

I am not familiar with how the Driver apps interface with WAZE, but I am guessing that search results are saved in the history on the WAZE app. If this is so, I ask that you please clear our your history from time to time.
When WAZE returns a search result, it stores the location of the pin (longitude/latitude) in the app. If you search for the same location, WAZE will recommend this one over any others. We editors are constantly making updates to the map pins to improve routing instructions. If we update a pin and it is one that was already in your history, you won't see the improved location, and will be routed to the "stale" pin location instead.

How does one clear their history? You did not provide instructions.

Try to clear cache from the app info, to avoid doing it one by one.

Logging out of the iOS App and back in again clears the list. Maybe the same for Android? I am not sure if this actually clears them from the location pin memory.

In Android: search menue > tap on the 3 vertical points > select trash can.

This method will work on Android 6.0.

Is there a way to do a "clear all" to clear the history? Removing items one at a time seems a bit daunting.

If that's the same as the three dots by a history entry with the ios version, that's how you clear them one at a time.

Still looking for a "delete all".

To clear “All” history. Log completely out of your account and log back in. This worked for me!
