Benin L5 to L2 unlock needed for Cotonou

Can anyone help unlock a segment of RNIE1 in Cotonou for me? See this link:
https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=row&lo ... =318770586
This section is L5 and it needs to be L2 for me to fix the intersection. The road coming from NE was showing as two (2 way) streets joining into RNIE1, so I fixed that street, but can't join it correctly to the West bound portion of RNIE1.

I downgraded to L2, but please keep attention to your editing : too many segments are unnamed and city name is missed.

It looks like this segment of the road was drawn before it became a major divided road way.

Yes, I had started to draw some missing roads, but my African internet went out before I was finished...
I've fixed the previous section I mentioned and I need some more unlock L5 to L2 at this location:

I can't figure why so much of the city is locked to L5...
