INTL server - Routes over 200 miles are now available!

Good news everybody!
You can now create routes over 200 (320 kilometres) miles in the World Wide server as well!
The routing is now limited to 1000 miles (1600 kilometres).
Please note that in these long distances, the routing might fail due to disconnections between segments along the way but if there aren't any problems in the map - the routing should work properly up to 1000 miles.
