New Waze Map Editor version - (both servers)

Hi everyone!
We've just deployed a new version to the INTL and N.A editors
What's new?
Toll road editing
Gas station editing (INTL only)
The default type for new landmarks is now "Gas station"
Ability to edit gas stations in the beta editor.
More info and options in landmarks: ability ti lock a landmark (similarly to lock segment), Created by, Updated by and Update time
Auto capitalization for streets and cities (after saving changes)
