New Core Customer Support Experience

Hi all,

We're excited to share that we came out with a new, shiny in-app support experience.

No more long forms with too many questions, and receiving answers only through email.

Starting now, users will experience a shorter form, with just a few questions, and will receive 2-3 mini-articles in-app to help resolve their issue where self-service is appropriate.
