I'm sorry that you haven't gotten a response. The actual employees of waze are a small team, and I bet with the millions of us users, they get lots of correspondence. I would suggest emailing alpha again. And if you use the nanorep part of the support webpage, that will least put a ticket into their issue tracking system, which in theory will be less easy to loose (of course, that is if they can keep up with the backlog).
I´ve sent one month ago the basque translation, and still waiting... I,ve send it to email@example.com and to support. On the intructions you ask to attach the files from "quick help" but i don´t see this option there. Am i doing something wrong?
