הפסיקה בדוג' מדברת על מקרה שונה.

לדעתי, גם לאחר שקראתי את המאמר שהפנית אליו, מדובר על שימוש הוגן ולכל הפחות "תחום אפור".

אם למובילים יש ספק, מציע שיבדקו עם החברה.
