SCOREBOARD NOT UPDATING FOR ABT 3 WEEKS

Has anyone face this issue with their score not updating? Logged a case with them 8-3462000013563 but to date there isnt a reply. Just want to know if I am the only one w this issue~

No you're not the only one facing this problem it's worldwide.

Waze is already aware and is working hard to solve the issue.
