Wrong directions to NAS Jacksonville

I was coming from Lane Ave S and heading to NAS Jacksonville. The directions told me to make a u-turn at Birmingham Gate instead of turning right on Yorktown Ave. How can I fix this issue?

It's likely Waze was avoiding the long wait sitting in the turn lane. What time of the day did this happen?

Is the Birmingham Gate active all the time or during certain hours? I see GPS points but an old restriction is in place so wanted to know if that can be removed.
