I think I have most of this area fixed, however there is a section of Iowa Blvd that is in the wrong place and I can not delete it. See the link below.

Thanks and thanks for the heads up. Remembering to check/correct connections and turn restrictions has been my biggest problem editing so far. In this case almost all turns are allowed and I only had about half of them marked that way.
