I created the road that I use and facilities that I work with fiarly regularly, without realizing that the road segment I need to connect to is Level 3 locked.

I would kindly ask this segment to be unlocked so that I can connect the newly created road with the aforementioned segment.

The new road is right in the middle of the segment turning right eastwards.
