I was editing a segment in Dade City, FL that I often travel, and my system froze in the middle of my editing, so I was not able to finish. Now my road has been locked to level 3 and I am not able to fix the segments correctly which I stated. There is one segment that does not allow a turn on the main road and it is totally messing up the directions. The name of the road is Clinton Ave, in Dade City, FL. Can someone please unlock for me.

Hi there - and welcome to the forums.

Most countries/states have their own localised sub-forums, particularly for unlock requests. As a result, requests posted here are unlikely to attract an editor with editing rights in your area! You need to post your request in the Florida sub-forum. This is explained in the red box at the top of this topic.

You'll also need to include a permalink - a link to the segments you want unlocked. Check out the forum posting instructions, also in the red box. You can find an explanation of a permalink in the Wiki (link in my signature).
