I unlocked the rest of the segments in the area. I thought you were just going to change the segments to ramp, but it looks like you've deleted one and area trying to redraw one from scratch? It would have been easier to change the two segments to ramp and save.

Take, for example, this segment: https://www.waze.com/editor/?zoom=7&lat ... nts=956821, which is one of the ones I put in the previous permalink. Right turn should not be allowed here.

And don't draw a long turn lane. That's not necessary here. Just more complex than it needs to be. The map should be simple, that's the first rule of mapping.

This segment doesn't intersect the other side of the highway at all, which, in fact, is just fine, because drivers don't have a u-turn option here anyway. What I suggest is:
Delete this junction.
Delete this segment
Extend this segment across the southern segment of highway and connect it to the westbound one. Set its level to -1
Delete this junction.
Set this segment level to -1.

I'm going to tweak your intersection just a little more. Still one junction left to delete and an idea for making these roads follow the GPS tracks better. Note the level change again. Setting levels properly, especially on complex interchanges, can be quite laborious.

I took your advice and went back to the simple layout and made it a ramp. However, what I added is showing up in red, so I suspect I have done something wrong. Can you look at it and let me know what I did wrong?
