I have found a new Interstate exchange. I have edited roads around it to correct for old data and make the routing actually work for that area again. I have done everything except connect the Freeway onramps. I do not have permissions. I have driven this repeatedly. I have been within 30 feet of most of it. I still lack permissions because someone locked it. I know I am new but I have fixed many roads. I found two that in the past I can not fix one is here

The other is a roundabout that has been in existence for 4 years and instead of that it has two L shaped roads with maybe a driveway looking connector in it. This makes routing tell me the next turn would be a right turn(incorrect as it is a roundabout and before roundabout would have been left) because it sees the whole things as ONE ROAD. It is not. I have tried editing it 5 or 6 times Repeated permissions errors. IF I can not fix it at least whomever locked it should fix it would make sense

It isn't that I dislike the idea of people locking sections to prevent poor editing but I am willing to bet I can do better then what is there. I am willing to bet anyone could. Please fix these errors. They are obnoxious. More will likely show up as another interchance is being setup and I will be unable to edit that one as well. Thanks for the help.
