Thanks guys, but how do I contact support? I drive there almost everyday and it's kinda frustrating that waze kept telling me to make a turn that doesn't exist!

Ai... Those are level 6 locks. You'll have to contact support to get these unlocked.

select 'support' at the top menu. then you will find a quick help. type something and it will try to find a related topic. if it can't find any related, it'll let u to type a message to support. even better, u can apply to be an area manager and u will get full permission to edit the area. pls refer to wiki for how to apply to be AM.

How can I become an Area Manager?

To become an Area Manager, use the edit map, position the map and set the zoom level to show the area you want to manage.

First make sure you are in the correct server:

Email that link to areamanagers@waze.com with your Waze username and your email address and the message subject: Area Manager application request.

There can be more than one Area Manager in the same area. Areas can overlap, or be smaller or larger. And you can be the Area Manager for more than one area.

Once you are AM of the area, eg. Hong Kong, you can edit any segments even they were locked by level 6 editor.
