Could someone please unlock these segments so I can add some road segments? I need to edit Eje 11 Norte and Via Corta A Santa Ana.

those segments are locked and the last user to edit them was mevbpolimnia(4), I just finished creating the whole freeway but was unable to connect it to the ramp that goes to my citie.
