For #23... I read in one of the larger parking lot threads a while back that due to the way Waze attempts to avoid parking lot roads at all costs, that parking lots can get pretty screwy if all of the roads are marked as a parking lot. It was recommended to just have the entrance/exit segments to the parking lots as a parking lot segment and the rest as a regular road so the system will route you correctly in/out/thru the parking lot.
LMK if this isn't true or things have changed.

I'm not sure what you mean with the 'end junction node'. This road now dead-ends, which is why I changed it.
